Registration fees
Please note that the Radison Blu Royal Park Hotel is fully booked the night of 4 May. You can now only register for the Delegate, registration only fee in the table below.

All fees are in SEK, the official currency, 1 SEK is equivalent to 0.097 EURO or 0,15 USD (December 2009).

The registration fee for delegates includes:
• Admission to the scientific sessions and workshop documentation
• Coffee/tea at breaks
• Lunches
• Banquet Dinner

Radisson Blu Royal Park Hotel, Stockholm
The hotel is beautifully located by the Haga Park & Bay Brunnsviken, only a couple of minutes from central Stockholm. The hotel offers large rooms with wooden floors and free broadband. Buffet breakfast & tax included in all rates. The Radisson Blu Royal Park Hotel is a leading hotel and conference facility in northern Stockholm.

Cancellation of Registration and Hotel Reservation
Registration and/or hotel reservation will be confirmed when Congrex sends out a confirmation letter. The confirmation letter makes the registration and /or hotel reservation binding. We regret that no cancellation is possible for confirmed registrations. Should you be prevented from attending, you can be substituted by a colleague without any additional cost.

After 24 March 2010 hotel rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed. Accommodation will be confirmed upon request and according to availability.

Payment can be made by credit card or by invoice. The payment of the invoice should be made within the given due date, otherwise the delegate might risk to loose the hotel reservation.

Payment
Invoice will be sent for the registration fee and for the hotel reservation. Delegates can also pay with credit card when making the online registration; all other delegates will automatically receive an invoice.
Credit card payments: Your event is being organised by Congrex Sweden AB. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway).
